Double Unders
Ball Slams, 20#/16#
You can move back and forth between each exercise as you see fit but you must attain at least 50 reps of each movement in order for the workout to count as prescribed. Once the so called "buy-in" is met, you may then emphasize one movement more than the other in order to maximize your rep output. Your score is total reps of both movements and not of each one individually.

Anyone who hates double-unders should know that a little over a year ago I couldn't even do singles. I will never forget how encouraging Blas was when it was taking me almost 10 minutes to get 100 singles.
took me a sec to get the hang of it! 35/50-86. and I did plenty of singles between those doubles! great work again nooners! :)

50/50 buy in total of 379. Did 50 du & then 50 ball slams. The remainder came from du's. Man were my forearms on fire!
