    3 pullups (mostly half-strict CTB)
    6 pushups
    9 KB swings (2pd)

    9 rds.

  4. Great new flexibility warm-up. I would like to see that written on the board so we could do before the regular warm-up.

    Thanks Joe, he did a great review of the kettlebell seminar he attended last weekend. I would be interested in attending a much longer one on a Saturday or something.

    15 squats
    15 pushups
    15 pushup burpees
    400m run
    14:24

    did plank pushups, no knees :) and tried to work on my form. Had to stop once on the uphill, I was dying! ugh I cant wait to get back to a normal life with xfit. I curse school

  8. Jill I feel you! After this week I'm going to concentrate on Crossfit like I never have before! NO MORE SCHOOL EVER FOR ME! I kind of want to make up last Wednesday's WOD, but if it's not an option I supposed I can do the AMRAP... :o/

  10. I did 40 burpees/pullups. Since I use bands for PUs I did 4 rds of 10 and 10. 8:25. Good work peeps! I really want to try the new KB swing Joe was showing off.

  12. 40 burpee/pullups, 3:20. It was weird not sweating until I was done. Liked the new warmup, my neck feels great. Joe finally got everyone to do knee-circles and it was not a joke.

  14. Did the 40 burpee / pullup workout-but missed the cutoff time so did 15 more for a total of 55. Finished 9:12. Hardest part was jumping up to catch the bar. Jealous of u tall folks on this one.

  18. I did the burpee pull up work out. Did 40 with out the bands. Felt good. Finished in 7:32. I thought this one was fun.
