  2. DNF ... did about 1.5 rounds w/ 58#thrusters and then had to drop to 53. Finished 5 rds+7 burpees+2 lunges. Great job to everyone at 6!!

  6. my back was hurting so Joe had me do the games group workout. those guys are animals!

    10 oh squat with skinny bar
    10 pull ups with purple band

    7 or 8 rounds, lack of oxygen made me lose count (more likely 7)
