  2. great job, 6am. DT looked pretty brutal. I hope I can try that sometime.

    I did Nancy, scaled way back to 53# OHS. 13:52 (I think). the 400s felt great, and the OHS didn't bother my shoulder at all.

  4. Awesome job everyone at 6am! I did DT, using rx'ed weight on the DL's, 77lbs for the cleans and push jerks. Finished 13:33.

  6. Crossfit is taking over! We did a version similar to Jackie this morning for our mandatory workout. 4 rounds run 1/3 mile, 50 squats... I did it in about 17 minutes. I'm opting to not come in and kill my legs even further :)

  12. DT 12:35, DLs were really light but those dang push jerks held me back to 77#. good job everyone!

  14. DT-12:42 with 77#. I agree with Jill. Deadlifts were pretty light, but then "Hello" cleans and push jerks- Ouch!! Nancy looked tough too! Awesome job 4:30!!

  16. Jackie: 16:55. I scaled back to 45 instead of the Rx'd 65 for women. I did all 15 overhead squats in a row, with the exception of the first set in which I lost my balance on the 13th rep!!! I figured out that I needed to shrug more the last 4 rounds and was more successful:)

    Great job on your 45 Burpees in 1:27 Ricky....and to think you thought you would only have to do 25...haha!! Your a machine!

  26. Took a shot at Nancy today, 24:something (aka DNF) with 85# OH squats. Surprisingly enough that was the best my OH squats have ever felt, and my legs felt fine the whole time. My biggest problems were my left shoulder and slowing my heart rate down/catching my breath after the run. Nice job 4:30 crew.

  28. DT today scaled to 77lbs. 16:18. I was getting pissed off when I couldn't clean the last few reps as fast as I wanted during the last round. I'm just glad I finished...and could finally clean that much weight with all those reps.

  32. Did Nancy. Finished in 18:20. Did the guys bar for the OS. Was able to do two sets of 15 in a row. Then had to break three up. Enjoyed this workout! Great job 4:30.
