Tabata Your Choice
Take any exercise you wish to partake in and utilize the Tabata Protocol. This protocol is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds.

For example, if you choose to do pushups, you will perform pushups for 20 seconds and then immediately rest for 10 seconds followed by 20 more seconds of pushups and so on until a total of 8 rounds of pushups are completed.

Your score is your lowest round. With the example above, even if you have a round of 15 pushups but your lowest round ends up being 6, your score is 6.

Be creative with your choice and feel free to Tabata more than one exercise.

    Also worked on du's and hang cleans and snatches. The people at Fairy Life were looking at me funny. I told them to shove it.

    (Okay, so not really, but I thought it in my head.)
