So I had the pleasure of working out with Lonestar Crossfit in San Antonio today and we did Helen. It was very much like CFO when it first started. Marco (owner) knew of you Ricky and I have a present from him for you when I get back! Should be Wed.-found a house today :)

9:40 20 inch box. And Donohoe, if you could be a 115 lb midge like me for a day, you would understand why wall balls and box jumps are easier for you jolly green giants. The ratio of squat ROM to height is the same for both of us, but you have a much shorter distance between the end of your reach and that ten foot target. Therefore, advantage: Donohoe. Booyah! (I know that didn't really make any sense but maybe someone will buy it.)

11:12 Rx'd. Those box jumps seemed really high - my @$$ touched my calves every time I jumped up. Ugh.

I finished in 9? Either 22 or 42. I did 14# for the wall balls and 24# for the box jumps. Afterwards, I dry heaved. Guess this will happen when you miss a week. Nice to be back!
