    I subbed 225# back squats for the DLs. 22:00.

    That's a whole different kind of tired. I sometimes forget what those 20+ WODs feel like.

    that was a very challenging wod it was a good test of the mental and physical side of crossfit.

  16. oh my! what a small class of 3 for 4:30 today! we rocked it though! i used yellow bumpers today for DLs... completed in 18:43! With vomit in the back of my throat and blood flooding my lungs! haha... not quite that bad! a Sweet WOD! :)great job you other 2 4:30 gals! ~ allison c

  18. Scaled to 143 for deadlifts and struggled w/ them the entire time but I'm happy I didn't drop the weight; finished in 27 something so technically DNF since it was a 25 min cutoff. Thx for the deadlift tips Jon and thx Danielle for pushing me through the last round!
